By accessing or using this Site and enrolling in any of our programs, courses, or memberships, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use this Site or enroll in our programs.

1. Membership Access & Course Delivery

By enrolling in Sovereign Rose Wealth Academy or Sovereign Wealth Society, you agree to the structured course delivery schedule based on your membership plan.

Monthly Membership Access

• Immediate access to the membership module and Step 7 upon enrollment.
• Day 8: Step 8, The Content Studio, & Graphics Vault
• Month 2: Steps 9-11 will be unlocked.
• Month 3: Facebook Fame Formula will be unlocked.

Annual Membership Access

• Immediate access to high-level group coaching and 7 upon enrollment.
• Day 8: All remaining steps will be unlocked, providing full access to the entire program faster.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Memberships Only)

If you enroll in a monthly or annual membership, you are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee.

To request a refund, you must email support@rosewealthacademy.com within 7 days of purchase. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.

No Refunds on Digital & Coaching Services

The following are non-refundable and final sale:

• One-on-one coaching programs
• Digital guides
• Immediate access courses
• Downloadable resources

Cancellations: If you cancel your membership after the refund period, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No future charges will be made, but no refunds will be provided for past payments.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the community without a refund.

By enrolling, you agree that:

We do not guarantee any specific financial results from applying the content or strategies taught inside Sovereign Rose Wealth Academy or Sovereign Wealth Society

13. Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Sovereign Rose Wealth Academy & Sovereign Wealth Society High-Level Group Coaching Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms:

Earnings & Commission Structure

• 70% commission on Academy-Only Memberships ($44/month or $333/year).
• 70% commission on Sovereign Wealth Society Memberships ($88/month or $555/year).
• Commissions are recurring as long as the referred member stays active.
• No commission will be paid on defaulted or canceled payments.

Payment Schedule

• Commissions are paid between the 10th-15th of each month.
• Example: If someone enrolls on March 1st, commissions are paid April 10-15th.

Referral Tracking & Integrity

• Referred members must list your first & last name at sign-up to ensure proper tracking.
• It is the ambassador's responsibility to clearly communicate this to their referrals.
• Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program may result in removal from the program without commission payout.

By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge that:

• All advice, guidance, and training are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional business advice.
• Any decisions you make based on the content provided are your sole responsibility, and neither Clarissa Harfordnor Eight Octobers, LLC can be held liable for your results.
• Success in business is dependent on many factors, including individual effort, skills, and market conditions, and no guarantees of earnings or specific outcomes are made.

You expressly agree that any disputes, claims, or concerns regarding the programs, coaching, or guidance provided must be directed toward Eight Octobers, LLC, not Clarissa Harford as an individual.
